Another First - Snow!

Wynn is outside (in the dark, except for porch lights) playing in her first snowstorm ever.  I had her change her pink fuzzy gloves for ski gloves, and she was very pleased.  She said, "Yes!  Play!  I love!"

Currently, she is pressing snowballs onto the bare branches of a small tree in the front yard.  It is beautifully decorated.  I've never seen that done before.  :)

Here is a small part of the tree that was being decorated.  Our wide-angle lens for our camera is broken, so I am leaning back as far as I can get against the door to fit some of her snowballs in the frame with the light on the right side of the tree.  I thought it was rather ingenious for someone who's never seen snow before.

    She was one of my first thoughts this morning when I woke up and saw snow on the ground. Glad she likes it!! Did you take a picture of the tree decorated?

    How exciting to be there for another first in sweet Wynn's life! I hope she continues to like the snow!

    well...I am glad she is happy. However, I sorta hoped she would react to snow like her Nana. There is still time...we will have MONTHS of the stuff!
